Managing Member
Mr. Hastings has over 25 years of experience as a developer in both commercial and residential real estate. Mr. Hastings has been in the cell tower business since 1996, and is well-versed in working with municipalities and government agencies. Mr. Hastings founded IDG, LLC in 2005 in Destin FL. Since that time IDG, LLC has delivered over 3,500 developed lots to homebuilders in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, and Mississippi.

With over 25 years of project development in various sectors, Koos brings a wealth of experience to the team in land acquisitions and community development. Koos uses his insight as an engineer to overcome challenges and enable project success.

David A. Cox
Consultant
David Cox has practiced law for over twenty-five years beginning in litigation with a large national firm. In 2008, he set up a boutique practice to serve as the primary Georgia counsel for a corporate client based in Ohio. This evolved into representing a small group of clients, primarily engaged in real estate development, as a fractional general counsel and handling litigation and transactional legal matters. This type of arrangement allows him to act as part of a client’s team with institutional knowledge of its business operations and culture, rather than simply as a hired gun brought in to handle a specific case or matter. He is licensed in the federal and state trial and appellate courts in Georgia and has handled cases throughout the country, including trying his first case in Orange County, California decades ago.
